Written. Trained. Audited.
A safety program is only useful if crews follow it, and a quality plan is only useful if it ships paper that holds up. Ours are built to be practical in the field and defensible on paper.
Safety Program
Built to be practical in the field.
Written program
A documented safety program covering OSHA-required topics, site-specific hazard analysis, and crew training records — auditable on request.
Pre-task planning
Daily pre-task plans before crews break ground. Hazard ID, controls, PPE, and crew acknowledgement — every shift, every site.
Substance-free workplace
Substance abuse policy with pre-employment, post-incident, and reasonable-suspicion testing. Required for federal work and our standard for everything else.
Field accountability
Site supervisors hold stop-work authority. Near-misses get logged and reviewed. Corrective actions get assigned and closed out, not forgotten.
QA / QC Plan
Quality you can audit.
Our Quality Assurance / Quality Control plan follows the federal three-phase inspection standard — applied on every project, federal or private. The goal is simple: defects caught early are cheaper than punch list at closeout, and documented quality is the only kind that survives an audit.
Three-phase QC inspections
Preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections on every definable feature of work — the federal QC standard, applied to every project regardless of owner.
Daily QC reports
Daily Quality Control Reports document inspections performed, deficiencies found, corrective actions, weather, materials received, and crew/equipment on site.
Submittal management
Material submittals reviewed against contract specifications before procurement. Mill certs, test reports, and product data tracked through approval and into the closeout package.
Material testing & verification
Independent testing for compaction, concrete strength, asphalt density, and aggregate gradation — coordinated through approved third-party labs and reported with each pour or lift.
Punch list discipline
Pre-final and final punch lists worked to zero before requesting substantial completion. Closeout packages — O&M manuals, warranties, as-builts — delivered before retainage release.
