Federal Work

We bring the project controls, quality management, and compliance documentation federal owners require — without the overhead of a national firm.

How we approach federal work

Federal projects don't reward improvisation. Documentation, submittal discipline, and clear chain-of-custody on quality and safety are the price of admission.

We approach federal work the same way we approach private — with self-perform crews on the critical path — but layered with the controls federal owners and CORs expect: weekly reporting, baseline schedule management, RFI logs, three-phase quality control inspections, and full closeout package delivery.

Our project staff holds the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers / NAVFAC Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) #784 certification — the standard required for prime contractors on USACE and NAVFAC projects.

Available as prime contractor on appropriate scopes, or as a teaming partner on larger packages where self-perform capability and CQM-trained staff are differentiators.
